This is usually an admin task.

• Confirm you are working with the right device or device class

Steps

1. Open the firmware management area.
2. Upload the firmware package.
3. Review any metadata shown by the platform.
4. Confirm the target compatibility before finalizing.
5. Check the target device's latest firmware state after upload.
